Urban Overlanding

When we, wife, daughter and I, arrived in '76, this was still virgin desert and about a mile from a marginally navigable track cut through the granitic sand that is now the four lanes of Juan Tabo Boulevard. 










What were once, undoubtedly, giant ponderosas.

    You tricked me! IFrom the title I thought this was going to be about you getting a fresh fent-patch and taking a walk.

    If people would just stop having kids we wouldn't be losing all the good spots!
