Great to see that you are still getting out and about!
Reminds me of tree-ornaments of my childhood when these paper-thin, very fragile, but sparkly and colorful things were carefully removed from attic-boxes, gently unwrapped from thier individual little cocoons, then subjected to a very serious and involved find-just-the-right-spot process before finally being hung. Three or four weeks later the whole process was done in reverse and eventually the attic-box of precious treasure was passed on to the next generation to carry on the annual tradition as each ornament collected even more stories and memories.
As ardent sentimentalists, Michelle and I have ornaments from our earliest. Some, out of a a desperate need for storage space, went to the thrift store. I'll add a pic of one Michelle repurposed into a bow. It looks as if it gas a thin-film of bornite.
